This craft is intended for ages 10 and up.
It contains small parts that might present a choking hazard.

SUPPLIES: jeans, scissors, craft glue OR hot glue OR sewing machine OR fusible iron-on tape, spangles, fabric crayons OR markers, embroidery thread.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Turn pockets inside out so you do not cut them.
2. Measure the distance from the waist, outer edge on both sides to one inch below back pockets. Cut off legs & set aside..

3. Turn top portion inside out.
4. Use craft glue to connect bottom edge all the way across, making a steady stream of glue as shown. Note: If you have a sewing machine you can sew the edge, or use hot glue or fusible iron-on tape.
5. Press edges together firmly and let dry.

6. Turn right side out.
7. Cut strips 1½ inches wide down the length of the jean leg and tie together for length of strap you desire. Tie to belt loops.
8. Embellish with buttons, patches, embroidery, spangles and fabric crayons or markers.
